Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?+

Browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can shop as a guest or create an account for faster future checkouts. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with bank-level encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?+

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us immediately at info@techstore.bg with your order number. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it using our 30-day return policy.

Is it safe to shop on TechStore?+

Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. Our payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security in the payments industry. Your personal data is protected in compliance with GDPR.

Do you offer invoice / VAT receipts?+

Yes. A VAT invoice is automatically generated for every order and sent to your email. If you need a business invoice with specific company details, please provide them during checkout or contact us after placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?+

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days (free on orders over €350, otherwise €4.99). Express shipping takes 1–2 business days (€9.99). Next-day delivery is available for €19.99 on orders placed before 2:00 PM EET.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes, we ship to all 27 EU member states via DHL and DPD. International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over €500 qualify for free international shipping.

How can I track my order?+

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status on our website by visiting the order details in your account, or by using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?+

The carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After the final attempt, your package will be held at the nearest pickup point for 7 days. You can also reschedule delivery through the carrier's tracking portal.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?+

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Items must be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging. Contact us at info@techstore.bg with your order number to initiate a return. For full details, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

How long does a refund take?+

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds take 5–10 days, PayPal 3–5 days, and store credit is issued within 24 hours.

Can I exchange an item for a different colour or model?+

Yes! We offer free exchanges on all eligible items, subject to stock availability. If the replacement has a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference. Exchanges ship within 1–2 business days of receiving your return.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?+

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping costs — at no charge to you.

Warranty & Support

Do your products come with a warranty?+

Yes. All new products carry a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty as required by EU consumer protection law. Refurbished products come with a 12-month warranty. Extended warranty options are available for select products at checkout.

What does the warranty cover?+

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and component malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidental drops, liquid damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

How do I make a warranty claim?+

Contact us with your order number and a detailed description (plus photos if applicable) of the issue. We'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf. Depending on the case, we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Do you offer technical support?+

We provide basic setup assistance and troubleshooting guidance for all products we sell. For advanced technical support, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly. Our customer service team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EET).

Are your products genuine and original?+

Yes, 100%. We source all products directly from authorised distributors and manufacturers. Every product is brand new, factory sealed, and comes with a full manufacturer warranty. We never sell counterfeit or grey-market goods.

What does "Refurbished" mean?+

Refurbished products have been professionally restored to like-new condition. They undergo a rigorous inspection, repair (if needed), cleaning, and testing process. They may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use but function identically to new products. All refurbished items come with a 12-month warranty.

Can I choose the colour and storage of a phone?+

Yes! Products with multiple variants (colour, storage capacity, size) have selectors on the product page. Simply choose your preferred options before adding to cart. Availability and pricing may vary by configuration.

Do smart watches come in different sizes?+

Yes. Most smart watches are available in multiple case sizes (e.g., 40mm, 42mm, 44mm, 46mm). You can select your preferred size on the product page. The size refers to the watch case diameter — larger sizes have bigger displays and slightly more battery capacity.

Do I need an account to place an order?+

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save shipping addresses, view order history, and enjoy faster checkouts in the future.

How do I delete my account?+

You can request account deletion by emailing info@techstore.bg. We'll process your request within 30 days. Please note that we're required to retain order history and transaction records for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

How do you protect my personal data?+
